Fonts and Layouts
Generally, if you want to see large fonts on a high resolution monitor, you should select and adjust one of the Windows appearance schemes to get large fonts for different items of the Windows.
The layouts of Open Contacts could be best viewed with 96 DPI.
If your monitor is with 120 DPI to get large fonts, you will have two solutions. The first one is to adjust layouts of Open Contacts and save them. And the second one is to change the DPI from 120 to 96, and then select a large fonts scheme of the Windows appearance.
