Open Contacts

Import from LDIF

You need to define the mapping between Open Contacts' fields and the LDIF's fields. Please refer to ImportNetscapeMozillaThunderbird.xml in the Templates directory for details. When importing, the program will use the template file loaded to do the mapping.

Steps:

1. Select the "LDIF" tab in the Import window.
2. Press the "Load Mapping in XML" button.
3. Click on the "Import" button.
4. Locate the LDIF file in the Open File Dialog.
5. After importing contacts, optionally assign categories to imported contacts through the "Define Categories" popup.
