Big5GB Converter
The program may convert plain text (*.txt or *.html files) from GB coding to Big5 coding, or from Big5 coding to GB coding.
The program is distributed as FREEWARE.

A bit More about the Program
There exist quite a few similar programs around. I used a fairly good and
small program named Hurricane Fan Gang Tong that was freeware. However, the
program could not handle files larger than 64 KB. So, I developed this program
for my own uses and for the others.
